Engineered with state-of-the-art technology and crafted for top-notch performance, these needles are set to elevate blood collection procedures.


 

Building on the success of our Luer-Lock Blood Collection Needle release (as featured in our previous newsletter: "Innovative Solution: Luer-Lock Blood Collection Needle," where we introduced the new needle connection type for blood collection products designed to meet market demands), we are delighted to announce the recent successful launch of new advanced needles for blood collection products. These needles are now available, offering enhanced performance and reliability in the market.

"Improving the quality of needles for blood collection isn't just about functionality. It's about enhancing patient comfort, safety, and procedural efficiency. From selecting high-grade stainless steel to optimizing cannula wall thickness, siliconizing needles for reduced penetration force, and fine-tuning bevel angles, every aspect of our needle design is meticulously crafted," explained Jeffery F, our R&D Director. "Precision manufacturing is paramount. Even the slightest variation in needle shape or angle can affect insertion depth and drug release rates. For instance, the needles undergo laser cutting, grinding, and polishing processes to create sharp, angled edges for smooth insertion and minimal discomfort, and studies have shown that techniques like magnetic abrasive finishing can significantly reduce tip-cutting force as well, enhancing patient comfort during procedures."
